Wands for Oracle v24.1 Release Notes
Set out below is a summary of the new features, enhancements and bug fixes in this release of Wands for Oracle.
Note: While we endeavor to perform as much testing as possible on all new releases, we strongly recommend that you always test a new release in a development environment before deploying to production. Specific attention should be placed on testing larger and more complex reports.

| Shared Template Drive - Read Only Access | Limited Wands users to read only access for the Shared Templates Drive to improve control. Assign users Read-Only access in the Admin Options User Permission dialog. | General |
| Wand Exit Process | To limit Oracle EBS login and launch of Wands, enabled a warning message, to prevent users inadvertently closing a Wands session when closing Excel or an Excel Workbook. This option is available at System Administrator and User Option Levels. | General |
| Show Wands Users Only | Updated the Show Wands Users Only feature to incorporate users that have been assigned the Wands for Oracle responsibility via a role too. This enables better user management for large user data volumes. | General |
